LCS® Complete Revision

Managing intraoperative challenges is a major concern in knee revision surgery. Count on LCS® Complete™ Revision to deliver on surgeries from your toughest primary total knee replacements to your most complex revisions. The advanced design of LCS Complete Revision provides an implant with a rotating platform mobile bearing that functions to diffuse loosening forces. That makes it suitable for increased mechanical constraint. With the same articulation as the LCS® Complete primary femur, the revision femur has a fixed stem that is 40mm long with a five degree valgus angle. The design accepts stems or metaphyseal sleeves - both Posterior Stabilized (PS) and Varus Valgus Constrained (VVC) inserts.

Rotation, fixation, stability.

Teaming this constraint with a rotating platform provides the benefits of a highly constrained implant with a rotating platform at +1.25 degrees. This helps to reduce stress and subsequent loosening and wear that can cause serious problems. With LCS® Complete™ Revision, patients gain freedom with an implant that rotates to find its natural alignment and minimize contact on bearing surfaces.
